Review
PML follows a weekly review pattern, where leaders/managers of each group (both technical and non-technical) present their accomplishments during their past week, their plan for their following week, problems and issues etc. This facilities “problem resolution” instantly, where all the groups could listen to problems and provide appropriate solutions in order to help each other.
Every group prepares a weekly report in line with what is required for this forum, in a fixed template, and present to our CEO.
Our CEO also shares his activities from organization’s perspective and shares with everyone involved. The same kind of sessions is conducted (cascaded downwards) by the group managers to their team of work force, at the same frequency (every week).
We minute all the discussions through this forum and maintain a common repository, which could be accessed by all the members to review and act accordingly.
This, once again facilitates “information dissemination” to all the workforce on organization’s goals/achievements as well as on individual’s goals/achievements.
